PIT-PY is a national and discentralized Internet Exchange, in collaboration with ASISPY and it's associates, we do bring the internet exchange nationally to Paraguayan ISPs and organizations.
We peer with any ASN with a open policy, as long as the ASN can reach to any of our peering facilities.
Brazil ISPs: You may connect with us on the east border in Ciudad del Este/Foz do Iguaçu.
Argentina and Chile ISPs: You may connect with us in South and West borders, in Asunción and/or Encarnación.
Any other countries: Please use whatever peering facility is closer or the one you can reach by own fiber or layer2 transport by other carriers.
